There's No Place Like Home This is our home away from home. Our apartment is on the top floor, far left. We set up our beach site in the morning and spend most of the day there. Ahhhh . . . this is the life - however temporary!
The top unit is ours - decorated in pelicans and seagulls on the outside and all things beachy on the inside.
This is just a smattering of the shells on this beach. In some areas, the shells are several inches deep. Up by the inlet, the oyster shells form small mountains. Perhaps that is an exaggeration - but there are piles of them!
