The Long Awaited Thanksgiving Trip to Florida :)
Natalie and I arrived in Florida at about 11:30 last night. Her afternoon conference was canceled, so we were able to hit the road at 12:30. With the exception of the hour-long delay getting through Birmingham, the trip was blessedly uneventful.
Nan and Terry arrived this morning.
Natalie and I took a morning walk to Sugar Sands and back. Bob and I walked half way to Sugar Sands and back this afternoon. The sand is very soft - makes for slow walking!
Look who came down to the beach today! Can't remember the last time Dad/Grandpa made an appearance down by the water. :) How neat!
