Lunch anyone?? Pluck this baby off the beach, dunk it in batter, drop it in a deep fryer and plop it on a bun - add lettuce and tomato and call it lunch. (Well, this isn't a softshell crab, but it still reminds me of lunch!) Incidentally, the legs were the tastiest part - the body was pretty bland. :)
